Dalux Summit 2024 will be held from November 4 to 6 at Scandic Falkoner, located at Falkoner Alle 9, 2000 Frederiksberg (Copenhagen). November 4 is a dedicated to networking. November 5 and 6 will feature the official program, including user presentations, tech sessions, and Roadmap presentation from Dalux. Read more here: Agenda – Dalux Summit 2024.  

Dalux Summit is a free event for all Dalux users!

The nearest public transportation is Frederiksberg Metro Station, only a 2-minute walk from the hotel. To navigate Copenhagen more easily, we recommend using the journey planner app, Rejseplanen. 

You can park in the Falkoner “P-hus” car park next to the hotel. The cost is 210 DKK per day. Unfortunately, it is not possible to book parking in advance, and the hotel cannot guarantee a parking spot. 

You can pick up your badge (name tag) on the networking event on November 4. Remember to reserve a spot for the pre-event when you register as places are limited.

On November 5 and 6 you can check-in and collect your badge from 08:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Registration hours on November 5 and 6 are from 08:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Unfortunately there is no longer accommodation available at previously mentioned discounted rates, however there may be standard availability at the Scandic Kødbyen hotel. The Scandic Kødbyen is around 15 minutes by public transport to the event venue at Scandic Falkoner.

No, the Dalux Summit 2024 is an in-person event only. 

The Dalux Summit 2024 program is available on our webpage at Agenda page or in the conference app Brella. The code to join the event in Brella will be sent to you a few days before the event starts.

There will be over 50 sessions presented by Dalux users and Dalux Product Managers.

Yes, all sessions will be conducted in English. 

Yes, most of the presentations by Dalux users will be shared with attendees after the conference. 

Yes, Dalux Summit is all about sharing, learning from each other, and networking.
You can use the conference app, Brella, to schedule one-on-one meetings with peers, or network organically during the three networking events and multiple breaks throughout the summit.
A code to join the networking via the Brella app will be sent closer to the start of the event.

Brella is a conference app we are using to distribute the program and to encourage networking between our guests. It is of course optional, but it will make your overall conference experience better as you will be able to have your own customized program and connect with other users.
