Our development teams are 250+ highly skilled individuals taking on a broad range of roles and responsibilities. Each team typically consist of 6-12 developers. Whether you are working on our best-in-class 3D engine, our AR tool, or deploying our services to the cloud, we all follow our philosophy of building good quality cool products to digitalise the construction industry.
Learning and developing is highly valued at Dalux and can come about in different ways: guilds, courses, fairs, licenses, moving teams, changing positions, creating entirely new products and areas, amongst others. Dalux keeps growing and we keep finding exciting new paths for our Daluxians to embark on.

You can join our many social clubs and play football, watch movies, go climbing, play video games, or bathe in the freezing winter water – or start the next social club around your own hobby.
To give you the best possible start we will have you developing on your first day with support and guidance from your buddy and team. You will also be introduced to the company, our products, and technical aspects at our Dalux Academy sessions.
We love getting everyone together for quarterly meetings, annual parties, and company trips.

As soon as you join one of our development teams, you will begin to influence the direction of the product and on the company as a whole. At first, you will have a small influence, working on minor tickets, participating in team meetings, and attending Dalux Academy. Then, you will influence the product every day when developing features. You and all of your colleagues gain this influence, as your dedication and your ideas are needed for Dalux to keep offering the industry’s best product
The construction industry is amongst the most polluting, and least digitalized industries globally. By developing software that makes construction processes smarter, you can help minimize the time and resources wasted, limiting global pollution and emissions in the process.
