JM, one of the leading developers of housing and residential areas in the Nordic region, enters a strategic collaboration agreement with Dalux.
JM continues their investment in digital working methods in the housing production and the latest step in their journey has been to establish a platform for collaboration. The final choice fell on Dalux, which thus became JM’s new strategic partner. Dalux BIM-based tolls support a model-based approach for JM’s operations in Sweden, Norway and Finland.
The collaboration agreement with JM is an important milestone for Dalux.
“We are very happy and proud about this collaboration with one of the Nordic region’s leading housing producers. JM is an industry leader in process-based project and development and has tested us very carefully in the evaluation phase. We see that we reached the finish line as proof that we have a solution that is right on time for those who want to work smart, paperless and model-based.”
Sören Westerberg, Regional Manager Stockholm, Dalux
It has been a long process for JM to find the right solution.
“We see that Dalux fits very well into our plans for future digital construction projects with a focus on model-based processes. With Dalux, the 3D model will be the hub of work processes for both design and quality assurance in construction production, while we get an uninterrupted flow of information throughout the process. Dalux has been selected after a careful evaluation process where the tool has been tested in ongoing projects.”
