Find information about the venue, how to get there and recommended accommodation during your stay in Copenhagen.
The Dalux Summit this year will take place at Scandic Falkoner, a venue in Denmark’s vibrant and exciting capital, Copenhagen.
Copenhagen is well-known for the ease at which you can travel around the city. Both metro and train stations are located right by Copenhagen Airport’s arrival hall, ensuring a fast and simple connection to the center of the city that takes around 15 minutes. The closest, most convenient metro station for international travelers to the Summit is Frederiksberg Metro Station.
If you want to travel from the airport via Metro, it’s a simple journey. The metro departs every 10 minutes from the airport to Frederiksberg Metro Station by day. The venue and hotel are then within 2 minute walk.
The taxi rank is situated outside Terminals 1 and 3. It will take around 20-30 minutes to get to the city center by taxi, with a cost of around 250-350 DKK, depending on traffic.
Scandic Falkoner operates a parking garage next to the hotel with a cost of 210 DKK per day. It is, however, not possible to reserve a parking spot beforehand.
We have secured special rates at the Scandic Falkoner and Scandic Kødbyen hotels. The discount code will be provided in your registration confirmation email.
Unfortunately there is no longer accommodation available at agreed rates, however there may be standard availability at the Scandic Kødbyen hotel. The Scandic Kødbyen is around 15 minutes by public transport to the event venue at Scandic Falkoner.

What I continuously like about the event, is that you get inspired: “you see, we’re going in the right direction”. Coming to this event, you have conversations you wouldn’t otherwise have.

You get to talk about what you are passionate about and things you work with every day, and it’s so fun to get people’s reactions and thoughts on what we are working with.

It is super exciting to meet so many professionals who were so interested in the same topic, and there have been many really good conversations.

The format is really cool when you get input from so many different sides. I always find it very exciting when you listen to people from completely different areas of expertise, just to hear what other applications there are.

You meet more people. You have a larger overview and I think it’s a great event because you just come and exchange ideas and see that you’re not alone on the journey. You can calibrate whether you what you do is what others are doing or how others think about it. Excellent.
Frank Beister
Senior BIM Manager
What I find immensely pleasant about that event is that you get to know people, you have other interactions and you really talk about things you do with Dalux on a daily basis.
